Ryan is a dedicated writer and research professional with extensive experience conducting comprehensive market analyses in the sports facility industry. Ryan brings his ability to research, lead research-related projects, and communicate a high volume of data to his role as Market Research Manager and Senior Business Writer.
In this role, Ryan serves a key role for the advisory team and SFC by developing and writing market opportunity reports, feasibility reports, business plans, presentations, and other reports. Ryan also manages the pre-developmentmarket research process, leading the pre-development team’s efforts collecting, assessing, and reporting on the internal and external market and industry data that forms the foundation of SFA’s institutional-grade analyses and forecasts. This research includes over 250 pricing studies and market analyses conducted in at least 46 states and six different countries.
Ryan is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida and East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. He completed various volunteer opportunities while at Stetson and ECU in the areas of immigration and elder law, utilizing university-learned and self-taught linguistic skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and more.
Ryan is a published author, with an academic journal article published at the University of Hawai’i Richardson School of Law, in addition to sports and sports business article contributions on Medium.com. His work also includes The International Football (Soccer) Legal Research Guide.
